Octavio Dotel will be back with the Detroit Tigers for 2013, according to Brian Britten. Dotel signed with the Tigers before the 2012 season and had a 3.57 ERA and 1.07 WHIP in 57 games pitched. He also threw 58 innings. As a right handed specialist, Dotel did a great job holding right handers to a split line of .197/.217/.307.
In the postseason, Dotel pitched in 6 games (5 innings) and had a 0.00 ERA with a 1.00 WHIP.
